The John Nolen bike path stretches from Machinery Row Bicycles along Lake Monona to Olin Park and connects to the Capitol City trail.
Highly recommended route for runs to Olin Park that has a great pedestrian only system of trails.
The return trip from Olin Park provides the very best view of a city anywhere.
Additionally, there is a number of bicycle parking spots in front of Nolen Terrace (big glass building on the lake) and a bicycle elevator that take you up level with the capitol square.
