REMAX Alliance Group is an independently owned and operated realtor with divisions dedicated to international, commercial and rental real estate. The company is comprised of more than 400 agents in 12 offices serving Manatee, Sarasota and Charlotte counties, and ranks first in the state among all RE/MAX offices. Twenty-eight agents specialize in certified green homes and builders.

The REMAX Alliance Group became a Sarasota County Green Business Partner in 2008. The Green Business Partnership (GBP) encourages environmental stewardship in the commercial sector, and recognizes businesses that make an extra effort to operate in an environmentally responsible manner. This collaborative effort includes businesses, business organizations and local governments. The GBP was initiated through a grant awarded by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to Sarasota County.
