A very eco-friendly bakery with 99% organic ingredients and local green fruits and vegetables. The building is made from sustainable, renewable, recycled, recyclable, vintage materials. The floor is made of cork, the walls of sunflower seeds or wheat. The paints is from milk protein. The table with made from bamboo and recycled denim. The wallpaper was recycled polyester and the light fixtures are vintage with energy efficient bulbs. The stains and sealers are water based and the counter staff jacket was made from hemp and natural linen. They uses a reused cash register. They also composted their eggshells and other ingredients. They used biodegradable cups. They also gave 25% off for anyone who arrived by bike or skateboard.
