Acerca del Mapa Verde Abierto
This is the original Green Map, and the reaction to it sparked the Green Map System, so it's had a very positive impact for cities around the world as well as benefiting New Yorkers. Our nonprofit organization has received many awards and been featured in articles and books over the years as seen at http://GreenMap.org/news . New York is Green Map System's home, so this it's the only city we ourselves chart. We have published several variations of Green Apple Maps, including the energy-themed Powerful Green Map and Compost editions. We've helped many schools and community groups get involved n the city as well. Find out more at http://GreenAppleMap.org . With so much going on in New York, we would like to work with groups across the city on this interactive Open Green Map. Contact us about getting involved.
