Pure Eco conducted a comprehensive energy audit at The Whitney Restaurant in May of 2009. Over $13,000 in energy savings opportunities were identified having paybacks ranging from just a few months to a few years. To date, the owners of The Whitney have implemented many of the energy savings recommendations contained within the report and continue to make improvements to the restaurant today.
