The largest library in our system is located in downtown Sudbury with a bus stop across the road from the main entrance.
The Research Level downstairs is best known for its bilingual reference materials which include: business directories/ telephone books/ government publications/ maps
The Reference Collection also has three special collections in its lower level: Genealogy, the Mary C. Shantz Local History Collection, and Canadian Legal materials.
Upstairs, the Lending Level has the largest collection of French and English leisure reading, viewing and listening material in the city. Kids and toddlers have their own space as well. A bright, colorful space houses the second largest collection for children in the library system.
