Overview
Baltimore Free Farm implements old and new techniques to try to promote sustainable urban agriculture. This organization provides entertainment, educational opportunities, and produce to benefit the community. Projects include the Ash Street Garden and greenhouse, the Sustainability Center, the "Hampden ReCycles" reclaimed bike shop, musical events, a print/sign shop, educational workshops, aquaculture, home brewing, rainwater collection, Alternative Energy Club, and coming in May, chickens! The Baltimore Free Farm also features Free Produce Wednesday, with more information available week to week on their Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/baltimorefreefarm.
