Ukrainian Sports Club
Overview
The Ukrainian Sports Club was established in 1947. The club was founded by Ukrainians that had been settled in New York after The Second World War. The Idea was to connect with people from homeland, to encourage participation of Ukrainian -American sports enthusiast in to the social life of the club, because sports is a very important social outlet of the Ukrainian community. Nowadays, The Club membership is declining and has about 20-30 members.
