The Bee Ridge Vision Center strives to be the best in optometry, eyeglass, and contact lens service. Exceeding patients' expectations and diligently working to earn the confidence necessary to be their lifetime vision guardians, Dr. Susan Beck wants patients to "Let our family be your family's vision center."

In addition to comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fits, Bee Ridge Vision Center provides the following services:
Medical eye emergency services
Treatment for eye injuries
Diagnosis/treatment for "pink" eyes
Diagnosis/treatment for "dry" eyes
Pre & post op evaluations for LASIK & other refractive surgeries

As a green business partner, Bee Ridge Vision Center is doing their part to lesson impacts on the environment. Lens cloths from vendors and eye glass cases are reused or donated. They refills lens cleaner bottles for patients eliminating the need for new bottles. The Bee Ridge Vision Center has cut down on paper waste by implementing digital filing, billing and e-prescriptions. The staff at the Bee Ridge Vision Center chooses to use green cleaning products and use reusable lunch containers and bags. After receiving the results of their free FPL energy audit, Bee Ridge Vision Center has begun to make changes to more efficient lighting, further reducing their impact on the environment.

Bee Ridge Vision Center became a Sarasota County Green Business Partner in 2013. The Green Business Partnership (GBP) encourages environmental stewardship in the commercial sector, and recognizes businesses that make an extra effort to operate in an environmentally responsible manner. This collaborative effort includes businesses, business organizations and local governments. The GBP was initiated through a grant awarded by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to Sarasota County.
