Though very little is known about this building in regards to it architect and original use this structure was the childhood home of famed Argentinian composer Astor Piazzolla who is credited with revolutionizing traditional tango. A plaque has been engraved on the building's facade in honor of life and legacy. Overall building appears to be poorly maintained and shows significant signs of decay.
