明聖宮
Overview
為瓦瑤聚落的最大宮廟，創建於民國35年(1946)當時稱為誘義堂，早期的瓦瑤厝主神為觀音佛祖，由十二角頭產生爐主輪流值事，民國34年國義堂(今武聖宮之前身)奉旨籌建誘義堂，當時瘟疫叢生，醫學不發達，觀音佛祖施澤濟民，護佑庄民無遠弗屆，庄民感念恩澤如天，於民國50年改建為現今的明聖宮。後主祀關聖帝君，配祀關平太子、周倉將軍，聖像由嘉義名師雕成，威武莊嚴，栩栩如生。
