This is my favorite place to buy food. They have great bulk spices, grains, nuts, and mixes. On Tuesday and Friday they get a shipment of whole-grain breads and other bread products that are incredibly inexpensive. My favorite things to buy are bread, peanut butter, whole grains from the bulk section, CHOCOLATE (dark!) and soy products. I love the Co-op!
