白川疎水の径--Along Shirakawa canal
Overview
左京区の高級住宅街北白川近くを流れる「白川疎水」は、琵琶湖→哲学の径の小川→松ヶ崎浄水場→鴨川へと続いています。6月にはゲンジボタルも見られ、近所の人も夕刻からホタル狩りに訪れます。春は桜、夏はひとときを潤す緑のトンネルが地元の人にとって貴重な生活の小径となっています。付近には瀟洒な素敵なお家も沢山あります。
