To the Bottom and Back

Overview

"To The Bottom and Back" Bus is a free shuttle service that runs from Ellwood Thompson Natural Market to The Market at Tobacco Row. It is operated by a charitable organization with the goal to help decrease drinking and driving and provide safe, free public transportation for the city. It also serves to enhance Richmond's night life, hospitality and tourism, and provide the environmental benefits associated with mass transit. It services Carytown, VCU, The Fan, Shockoe Slip & Shockoe Bottom on a continuous loop during the hours of 6:00 pm to 3:00 am every Thursday through Saturday. This organization also provides bus services to daycare facilities around the city that are not financially capable to have their own buses.
