La piojera is not only a place to eat, it is a place where Chileans have meet for almost 100 years to chat, drink, eat, dance, and sing everything surrounded by the most typical elements of Chilean folklore. In the last years foreign visitors to La piojera has increased however the place still keep the same elements of tradition and authenticity.
