Location of the Brackendale Farmer's Institute Fall Fair (annual Fair takes place every September), the BFI park is a 32-acre parcel of land set aside in 1957 by the Farmer's Institute and it continues to exist as an important biking and hiking network, natural wildlife corridor and piece of local history. The land has, in turn, been designated with park, forestry and crown status and is currently under review as a future housing development site.
