Solution: We randomized it, so the 2 sites that show are different each time! thanks Glen for the idea!
Hi
Is there a way to control which icon appears to represent our maps on the main map page on OGM (http://www.opengreenmap.org/greenmap)
See the screen shot attached - it would be more meaningful to us if instead of "Tygerdal Waste Drop-off" we could see "Cape Town Green Map".
Do you know what determines which icon gets displayed as it seems like one is being chosen randomly?
The OGM website says "This map view starts with 2 sites from every Open Green Map. Zoom in to see more (or click Maps above to explore each map separately)."
We suggest that only 1 icon per map be displayed (the second is hidden from view at this zoom level anyway) and that each map has it's name appearing instead of a random site from that map. Or that each map can choose which site is displayed to represent their map?
Thoughts?
Glen

My idea wasn't actually to randomise the sites but rather to designate a particular site as the main icon representing that map. So for example for the Cape Town Green Map we'd like a site called "Cape Town Green Map" with the "online resource" icon to be the main icon that appears at the max zoomed out level.
