History of resource: According to tax assessment records, this building was constructed as stable in 1936-39 for Benjamin R. Winthrop. In 1919, the building’s beams, steel girders, and columns were replaced, and in 1950 a new use was proposed: Storage, factory, office, and family dwelling.
