A PHEntrefit project that is expected to be completed by March 2015. This home is a two family, 3 story brick townhouse in Park Slope Brooklyn. The project is a full gut renovation with features including: thermal bridge free detailing, Intello and Stoguard air barrier, Klearwall Ecoclad Passive House certified windows, Lamilux skylights, cellulose, open cell, and XPS rigid insulation system, Proclima tapes, Zehnder ERV 550, and Mitsubishi heat pump conditioned air.

Architect, Builder Jeremy Shannon from Build with Prospect will be doing the walk through starting at 3pm.
