Our Playground at Stadium Place

This community built playground was rebuilt by hundreds of community volunteers in May 2009 after being destroyed by an arsonist. It retains the fanciful elements that made the old playground so enjoyable plus some new features that add to the security and durability of the site. The playground was built on land donated by the city to the YMCA with the agreement that it would remain open to the public.
