This park is a widely appreciated landmark for the downtown St. Louis area. Located behind the old library, it has been around sense 1857, and is widely appreciated for the solitude that it provides for those seeking quiet time. Also, located in the park is a fountain that makes babble sounds which can be a play ground for all kids to enjoy.
