Davis Shore Provisions General Store
Overview
The store was built in 1945 and was Johnny's Store, owned and operated by Johnny & "Mary Chat' Davis of Davis Shore. Their life was devoted to their two sons and the store. They ran the store for more than 45 years. On August 4, 2008, Kim and Mack Overby operated the store as Davis Shore Provisions General Store. It has been Kim and Mack's mission field to share the love of our Lord Jesus Christ to others and support the Down East communities.
Davis Shore Provisions is a local artist gallery, gift shop, t-shirts and expresso/coffee bar with locally baked goods. They are open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 'til 5:00 p.m. and are closed on Sunday. The 3rd Saturday of each of the months March through November from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., they host a Down East community yard sale that is free for a space. In addition, they have "Singing on the Pizer" during the summer and fall seasons.
Gift, baby and bridal registry is available.
