Gloucester Ferry Dock
Overview
Ferry Dock that transported vehicles and people to Harkers Island. This was the only means to reach Harkers Island unless individuals traveled by their own boats. The ferry was no longer used after 1941 when the Harkers Island Bridge was opened.
