We are going to use this site to place polly tunnels to grow many different types of plants to make a profit for the school.
Challenges:
Seagull problem.
Dead land.
Weed problem.
Sometimes used for cricket or other ball throwing games.
Lots of trees blocking the sun which could affect growth rate.
Uneven surface.
Sheep hazard.
Lots of muddy surfaces.
