Von Laubgehölzen bewachsenes Areal, südlich des Böllenfalltor.
In seinen nördlich Partien aus dunklen Kalksilikathornfelsen kommen Mamorschnitzen und Granatfelsen vor.
Im Mai 1772 hat Goethe hier seinen „Felsweihegesang an Psyche“ gedichtet.
Schutzgrund: Erhaltung des geologischen Aufschlusses; kulturgeschichtliche Bedeutung.
