Wonderful family owned 104 year old wholesale food ingredients and grains distributor to bakeries, restaurants and commercial kitchens. The Valente family has been delivering food ingredients since 1909 and the grandsons run the business today. The company has implemented energy efficiency measures to reduce their carbon foot print. They donate on a regular basis to food rescue agencies. The staff is wonderful and we can find organic grains like orgainc quinoa, oats and rice in bulk packs.
