Este es un terreno extenso donde hay pocos arboles y los pocos que están no los cuidan y muchos se han secado por el abandono; hay maleza de alta altura y extensión, se presentan desechos sólidos ( basura como envases plásticos, periódicos viejos, etc) y hay alimañas como roedores (ratas) y varios carroñeros, también hay muchos mosquitos; se tiene una tubería de alcantarillado abandonado que hace que halla malos oler
