Philipsburg Manor

Philipsburg Manor is a 300 year old working historical and educational farm that provides a window into what life in the area was like in generations past, as well as a insights into what aspects of a more local, sustainable farming system might look like in the future.
Farmers and educators in period dress give tours of the manor house, working water mill, slave’s garden and other features, while demonstrating traditional farming skills such as textile production, wheat threshing and traditional cooking.
