Zoologijos muziejuje nuolatos eksponuojama didžioji dalis stuburinių ir nedidelė dalis – bestuburių gyvūnų. Kolekcijos laikas nuo laiko yra atnaujinamos naujais eksponatais ir inventorizuojamos.
Muziejaus ekspozicija išdėstyta laikantis sistematinio principo nuo pinčių ir duobagyvių iki žinduolių. Jūs galite pamatyti:
3000 rūšių įvairių bestuburių gyvūnų, pavyzdžiui:
500 rūšių drugių, 380 rūšių moliuskų kriauklių ir kt.1032 rūšių įvairių stuburinių gyvūnų, pavyzdžiui:200 rūšių žuvų
60 rūšių varliagyvių ir roplių, 716 rūšių paukščių, 66 rūšių žinduolių.
