Maharam - Atlanta

Maharam’s showroom in Atlanta is located on Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard in the King Plow Historic District.

The 5600 square foot showroom was designed by New York architects Fernlund + Logan and achieved LEED Silver certification. The building was formerly the Puritan Mill soap factory, and the original wooden beam ceilings have been left exposed. The rest of the interior has been renovated with an emphasis on refinement of detail, proportion and finish quality.

Wooden frame structures toward the front of the showroom display large folded textile panels in an irregular grid. A custom shelving unit for books and samples was designed by Fernlund + Logan specifically for the space.
