Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey has been open since 1910. This is a family owned bakery that makes wedding and specialty cakes and other baked goods. Recently, Carlo’s has gained much fame from appearing in a reality television series. But fame has not changed the quality of their products. It has, however, given them an opportunity to expand their enterprise by opening up a bakery factory to produce and distribute their products to a wider area. However, the original bakery is a must-visit as you get to experience the wonderful personalities of the Valuator family.
