We minimize our environmental footprint by:

* Reducing Waste
* Sharing files electronically vs. printing and/or photocopying.
* Reducing the quantity of publications, the number of copies produced and the amount of mail pieces distributed.
* Printing emails only when hard copies are needed.
* Using double-sided copies for presentations and reports.
* Reusing Materials
* Ensuring that printed materials are made from post-consumer waste paper.
* Using office supplies and promotional products made from recycled materials.
* Using durable glass and cups for beverages instead of using disposable paper products.
* Recycling Materials
* Disposing paper cardboard, cans and bottles in recyclable containers. Hiring vendors who recycle their own materials.
* Reducing Energy
* Extensively using web-based marketing to reduce printing-related energy needs.
* Employing local vendors and service providers to reduce transportation and energy/logistics costs and consumption.
