Empty plot next to Senedd

Overview

There's an empty plot next to the Senedd earmarked for building. In the meantime a temporary community garden could be created growing fruit, veg and herbs designed to be moved before construction starts. It would also provide health and wellbeing opportunities for staff at the Senedd, Atradius and the Millenium Centre. As long as expectations were managed from the start and participants knew it was temporary there would not be an issue when the time comes for it to be moved. The new owner/constuction contractor could perhaps show some community spirit by arranging transport to a new location which should not be prohibitively expensive if the garden was designed correctly.
