History:
- Built in 1937 by Jacob Lubroth (architect);
- Originally owned by Warschauer Haym Salomon Home for the Aged.
- Original Use: Hospital and dormitory
- Renovated in 1989.
- The New York office of the Center for US Ukrainian Relations used to be located here.
- The previous building with this address was run by the Sisters of Divine Compassion. It was an association for befriending children and young girls. Established in 1870, there were 102 girls “cared for” in 1900.

Overall condition:
- Good overall condition.
- Interesting facade/sculpture.

- The Freedom Ukrainian American Publishing House.
