Descripción
La escasez de centros culturales, bibliotecas, teatros, auditorios y demás espacios para el desarrollo cultural de la comuna hace que no se le brinde a los jóvenes pasatiempos, inclinándolos a esparcir su tiempo libre en el ocio. Además, en espacios y oportunidades para la recreación se evidencia una crisis, puesto que solo se encuentra en toda la comuna una Unidad Recreativa y un polideportivo.
