The Veterans Administration Richmond Community-Based Outpatient Clinic serves the comprehensive physical and mental medical needs for the 28,000 plus Veterans in the area through both on-site and home-based care.

The Veteran's Clinic strives to provide accessible, convenient health care to rural veterans through telephonic and televideo technology on site to connect veterans to specialists in urban hospitals, so patients do not have to commute to Dayton or Indianapolis to receive consultation. The clinic also provides home-based care for those who have difficulty traveling to the clinic.
