Designed in 1913 by architect Joel Hurt, the Hurt Building is one of Atlanta's earliest skyscrapers. The 18-story, 436,340-square-foot building incorporates modern amenities within its classic architecture. Available spaces can accommodate tenants in suites as small as 1,000 square feet up to multiple full floors of 25,000 square feet. The Hurt Building and its parking garage are centrally located in Downtown Atlanta with accessibility via Interstates 75, 85 and 20 and MARTA commuter rail. The Government District, Georgia State University and cultural and entertainment destinations are all in close proximity.
