BonChon Chicken is a Korean Asian fusion restaurant, where is a place for people to eat, drink and lounge. "BonChon" is a Korean word meaning "Original Village". Its first store opens in Busan, Korea in the year of 2002.

In 2006, BonChon opened its first U.S. store in New Jersey. Later on, it extend its business to New York, Massachusetts and California.
BonChon Chicken is cooked-to-order-made with the highest quality ingredients and hand-brushed, piece-by-piece. Customers have the two options for sauces. Soy garlic sauce is for people who do not eat spicy, which is blending perfectly sweetness and savory-ness in each addictive, crunchy bite. If customers can handle spicy, then hot sauce would be the option for them.
