Cwmdonkin Park is a beautiful park with a Bowling green, Children's play area, 4 tennis courts, Walking trails and Woodland. It also provides tea rooms, and has multiple references to Dylan Thomas, including a memorial stone with lines from 'Fern Hill'.
Please note that out of the 6 entrances to the park, only 2 are accessible to all people. Some have steep inclines which are inaccessible to some disabled groups. Gate 1 on Park Road and gate 5 on Clevedon Court are accessible to all, while gates 2,3,4 and 6 have inclines of between 10' and 45'.
Cwmdonkin Park has recently been awarded Green Flag status for 2017.
