Explain: Well preserved building
Description of resource: The only building on the street cover with grey cement which is quite unique. This five floors building have black roof and with restaurant at first floor and bar at basement. Some elegant sculpture can be found on the both side of the building.
History of resource: Building Date : 1880-1881, The tenement at 13 St. Marks Place was built between 1880 and 1881 by Bruno W. Berger for C.C. Thomas
