Salacas labā krasta kraujā, 3,5 km lejpus Staiceles tiltam, Vīksnu klintīs.
Shaped in sandstone by a powerful spring which still is flowing over the bed of cave.
Right bank of Salaca, 3,5 kilometres downstreams from Staicele bridge, Viksnas cliffs.
