John Paul Jones Park
Vue d'ensemble
In 1969 this park was named after American Patriot and Naval hero, John Paul Jones who played a major role during the American Revolution. Manyf people call it the "cannonball park" because there is a cannon that is used as a commemoration of the civil war. It is located just before the highway to the Verrazano Bridge filled with benches and paths for people to walk. It is a combination of mother nature and city life with the park being on the side of the roads.
