Princeton Battlefield State Park

Vue d'ensemble
Princeton Battlefield State Park is the site of an important victory of George Washington's troops over the British on January 3, 1777. Most of the park is open field area, and the site is crossed by busy Mercer Road. The Thomas Clark Museum House is located to the rear of the parking area, on the south side of Mercer Road. Trails from the parking area connect to the adjacent Institute Woods lands to the south. On the north side of the park is the Ionic Colonnade and a stone patio marking the grave of soldiers killed in the battle.
