Fundacion Artesanias de Chile is an NGO that promote authentic crafts from Chile primarily through its artisan store. It is located in the Lower Level of “Plaza de la Ciudadania” next to the seat of government (Palacio de la Moneda). It was founded in 2002 by the Chile’s first lady Luisa Duran (at that time). Today is managed by the current Chile’s first lady Cecilia Morel. Through an expert team, it carefully selects artisans and their products that become part of its offer.
