We serve a limited number of select customers who want nutritious, delicious and organic beef. Our small angus herd each year, after weaning, is raised and grazed on naturally-fertilized and regularly rotated pastures of native grasses — without antibiotics, growth hormones, steroids or other chemical products. We sell our beef by the quarter, side or whole. Our prices per pound are significantly lower than retail prices, and we do our utmost to keep prices down each year, after paying our own costs. Your order is cut to your own specifications, and our processor is available to answer your questions and to make specific recommendations.
