Hidden deep within the narrow paths of the Old City's Arab shuk, Abu Shukri is a national icon. Hummus rivalries are rife in the region by Abu Shukri is an unequivocal contender for the top spot. Abu Shukri serves a menu of Arab-Israeli specialties but the hummus here is the starring dish.
