Schooley's Mountain General Store and Post Office
Overview
Built around 1830 to provide services to the nearby grand hotels, over the years the General Store expanded to provided mail, telegraph and phone service, as well as gasoline and fresh produce and baked goods for the hotels guests and locals. One of the oldest General Stores in continuous use in the state, the Schooley's Mountain General Store and Post Office can still provide for your food needs while you mail a letter or package.
