Ginter House contains the administrative offices for the provost and vice president for academic affairs, vice provost for academic finance and administration, vice provost for academic and faculty affairs, the Center for Institutional Effectiveness and EEO/AA services. The building uses solar thermal domestic hot water to conserve energy and reduce its GHG emissions. Specs are below.
