Overview
Run by Julian and Carol Pearce, Soledad Goats produces award winning goat cheese, eggs, and soap products. The goats are pasture fed and their cheeses boast unique flavors according to season. They raise different breeds of goats, resulting in a wider variety of cheeses. These products are sold at farmers markets in Hollywood, Atwater, Studio City, Irvine, Montrose, Sherman Oaks, Highland Park, and many more, where potential customers can sample these unique flavors of cheese.
