Overview

Completed in late 2007, QTS Metro Technology Center is a 200,000-square-foot data center located in a 900,000-square-foot building in Atlanta. The data center includes a 20,000-ton cooling infrastructure with Day One deployment of 10,000 tons of chiller plant capacity and more than 280 CRAC units. The site includes a 48-hour storage sump for condenser water storage (1 million gallons), a rainwater collection system capturing approximately 200,000 square feet of roof drainage, and a diesel fuel and generator system with 48 hours of on-site generation capacity.
